Dawn brings a depth of experience and insight in meeting management, live event and music production gleaned from a global perspective. Her experience as ESG Global Events Manager offered her the opportunity to produce  global Pride Parades, Sponsorship, community events and  employee offsites for Indeed. While working for The Hartford Financial Group she specialized in Advisory Board, Sales and Leadership meetings. Her brand event experience with Ketchum provided extensive opportunities to shine producing immersive experiences known for their attention to detail for clients including Beefeater, Levi’s, Frito-Lay and Nutrisse. Prior to shifting into Meetings and Events Dawn managed the in-house production team at a 30,000 seat amphitheater in Hartford, CT while also managing stage installation crews for top level musical acts ranging from the Rolling Stones to Metallica.  This led Dawn to having the awe-inspiring fortune to tour the world with Britney Spears and with N’SYNC opening act Christina Milan. She is described as fierce when it comes to negotiating hotel and vendor contracts yet her positive nature, and devoted loyalty has allowed her to build an outstanding network of industry professionals both nationally and internationally.
